Return and Exchange Policy Returns are only credited to the store account, and refunds are not available. Since all abayas are custom-made upon request, the abaya cannot be exchanged or returned if it matches the agreed specifications. Cases of exchange or store credit return (according to specific conditions): Requests for exchange or return will only be considered in the following cases, with clear proof required within 24 hours of receiving the order: • Fully incorrect order received (to be exchanged for the correct order or compensated with store credit). • Missing item in the order (the missing piece will be delivered or compensated with store credit). • Clear manufacturing defect (clear photos of the defect must be attached, and the defect will be repaired if possible, or the product will be replaced or the customer compensated with store credit). • The received size differs from the requested size (the abaya will be adjusted to the requested size or replaced with another abaya of the same model and size, subject to availability). If the exchange request is approved, it will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receiving the product. Cases where exchange or return are not accepted: • Exceeding the specified time to submit the request (24 hours for exchange). • The fabric type is not suitable for the customer (the store is not responsible for personal preferences). • Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (they can be easily cut, and the thread should not be pulled to avoid affecting the abaya). • Any modification made to the abaya by the customer after receipt. • Damage to the abaya due to misuse or washing methods that violate the care instructions provided. • Special requests or notes added at the time of order, which cannot be fulfilled after confirmation. • If any modification has been made to the abaya model, such as adding or removing a pocket, changing the design, or any other customization, it is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Ready-to-deliver abayas exchange policy: • Size can only be exchanged within 24 hours of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and all tags are intact. • Only one exchange is allowed. • The customer bears the additional shipping costs, and the exchange request may be rejected if the alternative size is unavailable. Important notes: • Orders cannot be modified after 6 hours of completion. • All custom orders are executed according to the entered details, and no modifications are accepted after confirmation. • If the error is on our part, we will cover all shipping or delivery costs. • If the exchange is approved, the process will be completed within 14 to 30 working days.
